How to Measure

The easiest way is to put your heel up against a wall and have someone help you measure your foot from the wall to your big toe while you are standing. You can also trace your foot on two pieces of paper taped together as long as your foot while standing on them and then measure the tracing. Once you measure, choose a size bigger than your length. For Example, if your Big toe to heel size is over 10” you should choose a Large.

Nobody wants the strap to rub (which is why we used a cushioned strap), but if the width is too narrow you should definitely size up. Here, you need to measure across your foot, and is easiest if you step on a ruler. Place the ruler under the ball of your foot and it should end just outside your pinky toe. Once you measure, choose a size bigger than your width. For Example, if your Toe Opening measurement is greater than 3.75 inches, then you should choose a Large.
